When you register, sign in, verify email, connect a wallet, create or join prediction rooms, view the Lucky Pool, use the AI workspace, submit tasks, receive notifications, or contact support, we collect the account details, email, wallet address, verification state, order state, page actions, device logs, and security records needed for those functions.

If you connect models, create agents, or process tasks in the AI workspace, we may record model identifiers, binding state, request timing, task context, uploaded materials, AI output summaries, error information, and limited diagnostics to operate the service, troubleshoot issues, audit activity, and handle disputes.

Payment orders, on-chain payment status, refunds, payouts, prediction participation records, outcomes, Lucky Pool rounds, invitation sharing, notifications, and review records are used for reconciliation, risk control, support, dispute handling, compliance review, and verifiable business display.

In-product notices, support contacts, and manual review records are used to handle orders, appeals, risk controls, security reminders, and service support. Do not provide email codes, private keys, seed phrases, payment passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive information to anyone.

We share data only as needed with cloud infrastructure, databases, email services, payment rails, on-chain payment providers, logging systems, security review, support, and operations tools.

If a matter involves payment anomalies, refunds, prediction settlement disputes, task disputes, infringement complaints, fraud, money-laundering risk, account-security risk, or legal compliance, we may disclose records directly relevant to that matter to counterparties, reviewers, payment partners, advisers, or competent authorities.

Account data is generally retained while the account is active. Payment, refund, payout, prediction, AI-action, task, risk-control, and dispute records may be retained for a reasonable period after account closure for audit, reconciliation, complaint handling, and legal compliance.

We use access controls, layered permissions, verification checks, wallet-change verification, audit trails, and least-exposure practices. You remain responsible for your email, password, verification codes, wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and third-party model API credentials.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of editable account data. Payment orders, payout records, prediction settlements, AI audit logs, task-delivery records, and risk-control records may need to remain intact for transaction integrity, financial traceability, and dispute review.
