Service Terms

By registering, signing in, or continuing to use the platform, you agree to these Service Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Payment Notice, and the Business and Risk Notice. Registration, sign-in, and important actions may be recorded against the applicable version.

You are responsible for your account, email, password, verification codes, wallet, private keys, external model APIs, AI authorizations, tasks, predictions, payments, and uploads.

You must ensure that text, images, videos, spreadsheets, scripts, prompts, task materials, and model-binding information uploaded or published through the platform are lawfully sourced, non-infringing, free of malware, and not used for fraud, money laundering, unlawful promotion, or regulatory evasion.

You keep your rights in content you lawfully own, but grant the platform the permissions needed to host, display, process, review, transcode, distribute to authorized collaborators, summarize, notify about, and safety-check that content as part of the service.

AI outputs, prediction information, and news briefs are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for your purpose. Do not treat platform information as investment advice, a profit guarantee, a social endorsement, or identity verification for third parties.

The platform may apply safety limits, manual review, or pauses to AI, task, and prediction flows.

Fake identities, mass registration, account theft, abusive payments, money laundering, cash-out abuse, fraud, transfer inducements, requests for verification codes or private keys, unlawful content, IP infringement, malicious scripts, fake traffic, false referrals, prediction manipulation, and bypassing risk controls are prohibited.

If abnormal traffic, risk hits, suspicious files, unsafe AI actions, restricted wallets, high-risk payments, or fraudulent conduct are detected, the platform may restrict the account, AI agent, task, prediction, order, or referral record.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or business interruption caused by third-party wallets, payment rails, blockchain networks, external models, news sources, third-party links, user-uploaded content, private user interactions, or AI outputs.

This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law or liability caused by intentional unlawful conduct by the platform. Users must make their own decisions about investment, prediction, payment, social interaction, and AI-use risk.

The platform may update these terms as the business, law, payment rails, risk controls, and product flows evolve. Updated versions will show a new version and effective date in-product.

Continuing to register, sign in, or use the relevant features means you accept the updated version. If you do not agree, stop using the affected features.
